Scott Eidman is an associate in the Public Finance section in the Dallas office. His practice is focused on public finance, local government and administrative law with an emphasis on representing municipal utility districts and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He also represents real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters coming before special districts. Scott also regularly represents developers in matters that involve approval by state agencies that regulate special districts such as the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
