Terry is a Director in the Dallas office. Her practice focuses on real estate, business transactions, ownership and governance of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities and business law. She represents clients in buying, financing, developing, owning and selling real property. Her experience includes creating and operating mixed-use developments that integrate commercial, office, retail, entertainment, medical, civic and residential uses; creating and operating commercial condominium regimes; creating private land use and development agreements; working on her clients’ behalf with local governments on zoning and entitlement matters benefitting their developments; acquiring, owning, managing and selling mixed-use projects, multi-family residential projects, medical and other office buildings, shopping centers, industrial/showroom/warehouse facilities and specialty uses such as entertainment venues and self-storage facilities; developing historical properties for innovative, alternative uses; and acquiring and developing recreational and hospitality properties. She has also assisted clients in acquiring, financing, growing and selling active, successful businesses in many areas, including biotech; medical equipment and devices; aviation; technology support services; and food service and restaurants. Her clients are based in Texas and throughout the US and Canada.
