William is an Associate in the Public Finance practice group in the firm’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice primarily on Public Finance and Real Estate law, including the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Before joining Coats Rose, William worked as a trial lawyer in Dallas, Texas handling a variety of litigation matters including commercial litigation, tort litigation, real estate litigation and construction liability cases. William’s practice experience also includes formation of corporate entities and business and real estate transactional law. His experience in both litigation and transactional law provides a broader understanding of our client’s interests.
