HOUSTON – September 28, 2018 – Coats Rose Attorney, Timothy Green represented the developer in the sale of $5.41 million Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 (Heartland Town Center Public Improvement District Phase #1 Project) and $1.835 million Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 (Heartland Town Center Public Improvement District Phase #2 Major Improvement Project) issued by the City of Mesquite, Texas. Proceeds from the sale will fund the construction of water, sanitary sewer, drainage and road facilities serving a single family residential development located in Kaufman County, Texas.
